Your Future Practice

• Established practice of 6 CRNAs and 1 Anesthesiologist
• Independent-minded CRNA looking for an autonomy of practice
• Cases to include: B&B General, Ortho, Endo, GYN, healthy Ped ENT, and OB
• 1:4 call (post-call day off)
• 40 hours/week (including call back time)
• $230,000 base + call pay
