• Base Salary + Production Bonus + Retention Bonus every six (6) months
• Providers making $400,000+ annually
• 4-day work week with six (6) weeks of PTO + six (6) holidays
• Average 20 patients per day in the clinic
• Approx. 40 deliveries annually per provider
• $200,000 sign-on + $12,000 relocation allowance
