Establishing a strong foundation with transparent communication is crucial for a successful search process. Once you’ve signed the search agreement, we’ll connect you with your Principal Recruiter for an introductory call to discuss onsite profile logistics.

Onsite Search Profile +

The onsite profile brings our team into your environment, allowing your recruiter to authentically represent your organization while speaking with candidates. Understanding the nuances of your organization and community is essential to our search efforts.

Strategic Sourcing Implementation +

We categorize candidates according to the ideal profile, factoring in demographics, education, training and practice history. We then customize marketing strategies using targeted messages across various channels to showcase the distinctive features and advantages of your practice opportunity.

Candidate Engagement +

We evaluate candidates’ motivations, personalities, background, compensation goals, family, and future practice objectives during screening to ensure they align with your ideal parameters.

Once a candidate expresses interest in your position, we prepare a detailed physician search profile highlighting their characteristics and skillset, along with their Curriculum Vitae. Your recruiter will discuss the candidate’s profile with you via a phone call, encouraging any questions about the candidate and their history.

Interview Facilitation +

We work with you to build an interview experience that will increase your ability to get to know a candidate and their family as well as provide them with a real understanding of your opportunity, organization, and community. During this process, your experienced Principal Recruiter will be available to provide invaluable support and insight.

Post-Interview & Contract Execution +

The value of the interview for both parties is influenced by what happens afterward. Your recruiter will be your biggest advocate while communicating with both your team and the candidate to maintain the agreed upon practice structure, compensation terms, and benefits. Any questions or concerns voiced by candidate to your recruiter will be communicated with you.
