Hematologist-Oncologist Position in Ohio

Practice Overview

• Clinical Mix: 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology.
• Scope: Bone marrow testing and integrated supportive therapies (rehab, palliative care, acupuncture). Bone marrow transplants are referred out to an academic partner.
• Schedule: 4 clinic days, 1 admin day per week (Mon–Fri, 8:00A–5:00P)
• Patient Volume: Average 14–18 patients per day in the clinic.
• Inpatient Rounding: Light volume averaging 15–20 consults per month.
• Call Schedule: 1:4 shared call (weekday triage; weekend consults at the primary facility).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $650,000 base with a 2-year guarantee + RVUs
• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000.
• Call Pay: Additional $400 per day.
• PTO: Five (5) weeks
