• Support: Dedicated clinic staff, care coordinators, expert dialysis nurses/technicians, specialized renal dietitians, and social workers. 
• Predictable Block Schedule
  • Week 1: Inpatient service
  • Week 2: Outpatient clinic & dialysis (4-day work week)
• Volumes: Average 20–25 patients/day in the clinic; 13–25 patients/day on inpatient service days
