About the Practice

Hospital-employed Neurosurgery opportunity with strong surgical volume, excellent APP support, and a balanced spine-focused practice.

Position Highlights

• Practice Mix: ~80% Spine / 20% Cranial
• Team: Join one experienced neurosurgeon + three dedicated APPs
• Schedule: Consistent OR block time + two clinic days weekly
• Volume: ~35 surgeries/month within the practice

Compensation & Benefits

• $1.3M Base Salary plus RVU productivity bonus
