Occupational Therapy Position

Full-Time Occupational Therapist opportunity with an established healthcare organization in Northwest Kansas. Join a collaborative rehabilitation team with a manageable caseload, strong compensation, and a schedule that allows for a true work-life balance.

Position Highlights

  • Salary: $120,000
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus
  • $5,000 relocation assistance
  • Choose between 5x8s or 4x10s
  • No weekends and no call
  • 21 days of PTO

Practice

  • Primarily outpatient (85%) with limited acute care/swing bed coverage (15%)
  • Average daily schedule of approximately 4–5 treatments and 2 evaluations
  • Established patient volume with no need to build a caseload
  • Collaborative rehab department including PTs, PTAs, Speech Therapy, and COTA support
  • Modern facility with strong physician and leadership support

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients across outpatient and acute care settings
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
  • Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process
  • Complete timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with providers and rehabilitation staff to coordinate patient care

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current Kansas OT license or eligible for licensure
  • BLS certification
  • New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply
