Hospital-Based Occupational Therapy Position
An established, nonprofit hospital is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join its collaborative rehabilitation team. Enjoy a manageable patient volume, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact without the demands of a high-volume practice.
Practice Highlights
- 4-day workweek option
- No weekends or call
- 85% outpatient / 15% inpatient and swing bed
- Manageable volume of approximately 4–5 treatments and 2 evaluations daily
- Established rehabilitation team with PT, PTA, COTA, and Speech Therapy support
- No home health responsibilities
- Lymphedema experience preferred; hand certification a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to $127K, based on experience
- $5,000 signing bonus + $5,000 relocation assistance
- Pension plan with 6% retirement match
- 21 days of PTO
