With annual collections of $3.3M+ (without optical retail sales), this is a true medical optometry environment focused on patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $222,000
• Bonus: 33% of collections after threshold (realistic $350K+ earnings)
• Benefits: Medical & dental insurance, 401K with match + profit sharing, 20 days PTO (includes CME), $1,500 CME allowance
