• $750,000 base salary + production bonus

• Practice across two (2) hospitals and one (1) outpatient clinic
• Balanced weekly schedule:
  • Four (4) clinic days, avg. 20 patients per day
  • One (1) OR day, avg. 2-3 cases per day
• Access to a fully equipped Cath Lab with dedicated on-site support
