Vascular Surgeon Partner Position

Practice Highlights

• Highly respected private-practice with a statewide referral reach
• Four surgery days and one clinic day per week
• Full scope vascular surgery,  with an OBL and a hospital-based cath lab 
• Average 20 patients per clinic day; 2–3 cases per day in the cath lab
• Dedicated APP for each physician

Compensation & Benefits

• $700K–$750K base salary, dependent on experience
• Partner track position, including potential ownership in practice real estate holdings 
• 6 weeks of PTO, up to 12 weeks with partnership
• Signing bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment

• Carotid endarterectomy
• Abdominal aortic aneurysm management
• Vascular bypass procedures
• Angioplasty and stenting
• Dialysis access and fistula procedures
• Comprehensive arterial and venous evaluations
• Ultrasound and vein care
